Rental of furnished upper loft space, (open LOFT SPACE but has thick curtain panels for privacy.)

Must work out of the house, and provide proven previous rental references.

I am retired and like to travel. When I’m home, I’m VERY respectful of my roommate. The loft space has quite steep stairs, as seen in photos!

If you have mobility issues, then, unfortunately, this is not for you. I’m looking for a roommate who is very clean, respectful of sharing space and cleans up after themselves! Shared Bathroom with bathtub & rain shower. Shared cleaning of apartment, bathroom, outside deck/ balcony, etc.

Secured apartment bldg is on bus route and street parking available. Walking distance into Sidney.

Possible lot parking available upon request. There is a Wait list and for a fee.

Share 1/2 of the utilities & internet. Unfortunately no extra storage space available.

Retired mature female and I like to travel alot so you would have the apartment to yourself alot of the time. Non smoking, non partying respectful.
