Kindly… please don’t msg asking if the room is available! If you see this ad , it is available :) The room is FURNISHED and on the main floor of a house. It is for ONE person only. I prefer a roommate that works full time. It includes wifi and a TV with cable and a medium sized personal fridge in the room. There is a washer dryer available in the basement. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Currently one female 60yrs . There is one large dog and a small dog and a cat in the home. Room mate must like animals. No other pets added though please. In summer there is a lovely patio space to enjoy. A quiet responsible, even tempered roommate is welcome . There is no parking available. Best suited for an E-bike or bus user. White Oaks mall is nearby and many restaurants, shopping and businesses within walking distance plus many bus routes.

I am an active friendly 60yr female looking for very quiet, clean, tidy and responsible person. I do all the cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen are always kept clean and a roommate that is respectful of their kitchen and bathroom use is required. If there is heavy drinking or drug use please do not apply here.
