We can provide a bed, mattress and desk. The photos currently show our ongoing move into this location, but rest assured, the room will be fully prepared and inviting upon your arrival. Closet and carpets in excellent condition. Large window with optional mosquito netting. New paint job less than six months ago. Fire detector. And an incredible view of downtown or the UofM stadium.

A voracious reader who longs for her homeland and a skilled cook, Mel can captivate you with tantalizing aromas and flavors 😌. *She’s a wonderful partner and a great listener, with a pure heart and good intentions in everything she does. She’s also incredibly dedicated.

🎮 Caio is an energetic adventurer and an avid gamer. As a savvy manager at Dollarama, his English may not be as polished as Mel’s, but he always has an amusing or intriguing tale to share 👀🤣. Also, he’s a talented photographer, able to make even the photo-shy fall in love with his pictures 📸. *He always treats everyone with great respect and care. He genuinely enjoys doing good and helping others.

🐈‍⬛️👸 Meet Millie, the 1.5-year-old princess of the house. A stunning tuxedo cat, black and white. She’s the world’s cutest and most charming feline. Initially shy, Millie will soon become your most loyal companion calm, smart, always ready to sneakily steal your food when you’re not looking 🤯.

🐈🤴 Introduce yourself to Kelbie, the 11-month-old prince of energy. This vibrant orange cat is brimming with energy and loves to play. He will adore you unconditionally and is always ready to keep you company, especially at meal times 😂.

They are a constant reminder of the importance of cleanliness, something we take very seriously to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment for all.

It’s the perfect spot to study, relax, or find inspiration. We value a quiet and mature environment.

We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and are learning French.

*Water and Wi-Fi included, but not hydro that is shared in 3 rooms, about 30$ to 50$ to be shared.

• Inclusion in the lease and insurance is required. The lease ends in February 2026 and there is a fee of $75 to do any addendum (add or removal).

• The last month is required in advance.

• Rent is always due on the 22nd, corresponding to the 1st day until the last day of the following month.

• The security deposit and last month is required before move in to confirm your interest and reservation of the room.

• A minimum of 2 months of notice are required to leave the contract.

• And a $100 fee is charged if you leave before the end of the contract.

• Deposit is fully returned in 2 days after returning the keys and return the room in the same conditions.
