About the property

This a fully furnished, spacious and with half windows basement so, some very nice natural light. There is a master bedroom, living space, coffee/snack space and private bathroom. You will share the kitchen and laundry with my daugther and I. You will have a separate entrance with 1 parking spot included. We are just a few steps from Spruce trail, 5 mins to Uptown Waterloo. Nice and friendly neighborhood. Nous parlons aussi le francais e falamos portugues.
