It is a few minutes walk from the bus stop, shopping plaza that includes grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. it is also 15 minutes walking from guildford mall and recreational Center with gym, swimming pool and library. It is 10 minutes bus ride to skytrain and Surrey SFU campus.

You will be sharing this place with young working female owner and another female roommate who is a student. We are clean, friendly and easygoing.
