Looking for two girls to share a spacious house with a big backyard.

Rent starts June 1st (May 1st might would be available as well)

Private room – $700 + utilities per person

Only three girls in the house (me + two new roommates) one story house with an available parking lot if you are driving! shared living room, kitchen, washroom (with 2 sinks, lots of storage and deep bathtub). Your bedrooms have a big closet. Rooms are unfurnished. We have a large backyard, and a garage that we can keep extra stuff. House had a lot of storage in it.

We are really close to downtown, 10-15 min walk to bars and shops. The bus stop is close too, 5 min on a bus to nearest grocery store. We share laundry room with unit downstairs.

Close to Fanshawe College and Western University (Oxford/ Adelaide intersection)

Im pretty chill and friendly person. I work full time, and work most of time on weekends. I like cooking and baking, always share some baked goodies! I try to explore new hobbies all the time too. I like having friends over, but also love spending some quiet nights. I’ve been in Canada for only 3 years, so if you are a newcomer, I totally get how you feel, so I would be happy to help:) Life is already hard and complicated so I’m looking for chill vibes, positive energy!
