Room for rent in all girls house!

Its a back room, window to a backyard. Room has a carpet, spacious layout and a walkin closet. It is a bit cooler than the house, and has its own heater.

Private room – $700 + utilities

Only three girls in the apartment. one story house with a shared living room, kitchen, washroom (with 2 sinks, lots of storage and deep bathtub). Your room has big closet and fully unfurnished. We have a large backyard, and a garage that we can keep extra stuff. House had a lot of storage in it as well.

We are really close to downtown, woodfield area, 10-15 min walk to bars and shops. The bus stop is close too, 5 min on a bus to nearest grocery store. We share laundry room with unit downstairs.

We are very easy-going household! We both are new comers, I’m ukrainian and my roommate, she is turkish. We maintain a respectful, supportive, feminine energy flowing, cozy household! Paint nights, dinner nights, movie nights:) Both working professionals so respect the night hours, but we also work in the restaurant, so weekend we are always gone:) We are looking for chill vibes, positive energy!
