About the room

$1200 per month + $600 security deposit. Available January 1st. Furnished, although can be unfurnished if preferable. Includes utilities, wifi and cable. 420 friendly, however we’re not a party house, and not big drinkers. Huge sun deck, sunroom with a desk for working or studying! House has lots of natural light and an eclectic vibe, steps to sandy beach, and a beautiful path along the Inlet that leads to Cates Park! Under 10 minute drive to Ironworkers Memorial Bridge and all amenities. 15 minute bus ride to Phibbs Exchange. Shared bathroom mostly with just one person. One parking space available in driveway. Please email if interested in more information or viewing! Small dogs negotiable based on the approval from our small senior dog and our little kitty!
