A large bedroom on the 2nd floor will be available in our 2 floor, 3 bedroom apartment from September 1, 2025 onwards.

The bedroom has a closet and there is also additional storage space on the floor. It’s also private, as the other bedroom on the floor is on the other side of a long corridor. There is also a 1/2 bathroom (sink and toilet) on this floor.

On the ground floor we have 1 full bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room along with the 3rd bedroom. We also have a washer and dryer on this floor.

It’s a non-smoking household and we don’t allow pets (sorry about that). The room is for 1 person.

The Area: We live on a quiet side street right off Ossington - about 5 minute walk to the Ossington and Queen intersection and 7 minute walk to the Queen and Dundas intersection.

If you’re not familiar with the area, Queen West is filled with cafes, bars and boutiques. There is also a Freshco (grocery store) and Metro within walking distance.

At both intersections there are street cars and the subway is about a 10 minute bus ride away.

There are 2 male roommates in the house - both work in marketing. We’ve previously lived with men and women and we’re open to either our main consideration friendly and chill.

We’re both considerate, chill, responsible and respectful. We communicate openly, share the space freely, are not territorial, clean up after ourselves and help each other out (no dishes for days). We’re both fairly social but are mature enough to know the difference between having a few friends over versus throwing a rager.

Rent is all inclusive (heat, water, electricity, internet) but please be considerate with electricity because wastage sucks.

Our last few roommates have stayed on average 1.5 - 2 years and we’ve had both Male and Female roommates.
