The house is shared with two friendly women, a Yorkie with a big personality, and a ragdoll cat who runs the place with grace. 🐾

Close to coliseeum station and about 10 minutes to grant MacEwan and about 15 to nait driving.

Im 58 and retired. I host dinner parties with friends and family on a fairly regular basis. They are predominantly my age or older and usually leave by 9. Ive been told that I am an excellent cook so if you would like to contribute towards groceries it might work out better for you for meals. I am usually always home with my yorkie and ragdoll cat. My daughter is 25. She is currently enrolled in college. She frequents the gym, loves to paint and write poetry. We are both very sociable and love hearing about other peoples interests and passions. We often watch movies together so if you have a tv for yourself that would be great. Or you could join us if you prefer.
