Move in Starting April 20th - lease until November 31st.

Me and my boyfriend (26 and 27) are looking for a female working professional to share our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Kingsland junction, close to chinook mall.

Rent is $970/month everything included. Furnished room (there will only be a bed and bedside table) with a closet. Private bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. Central AC. In-unit laundry. No pets. The building has smart delivery lockers.

The apartment is a 9 minute walk from heritage station (3 minute drive), 17 minute walk to Chinook mall (4 minute drive) and a 15 minute drive to downtown.

Damage deposit is $970. Underground parking is available for $150 but there is free street parking and with the nice weather coming it might not be necessary.
