It’s located in the South End. 5 min walk from SMU and major bus stops within 2 minutes. Superstore and Sobeys located within a 5-10 min walk. 15 min walk downtown and to the waterfront and Point Pleasant. In house laundry, no coins or payments needed. Parking included as well.

It’s a 3 floor house. Bottom floor is a a bedroom, laundry room and bathroom. 2nd floor is the living room and kitchen and balcony. 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms and another bathroom
