Special Rate (May to Aug) $850 a Month & from Sept $895 a Month.

LOCATION: Dundas Street West (Just east of Spadina Ave) within walking distance to U of T, OCAD/AGO and Kensington Market.

This is a good size room but has NO window. It is furnished with a desk & chair, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe.
