Looking for a student or young professional to share my 2-bedroom apartment starting in May (later move-in can be discussed). You’ll be living with me—an upper-year Carleton student—and my friendly cat!

• Rent & Utilities: $925/month + hydro (heat and water included in rent) * Hydro: ~$30/month * Internet: ~$35/month * Tenant insurance: ~$20/month
• Location – 8-15 min walk to Heron Station (bus) and Mooney’s Bay Station (train), about 20 minutes by bike to Carleton
• Kitchen – Fridge, stove, chest freezer, microwave, air fryer & Nespresso
• Shared Spaces – Living room, kitchen & washroom are furnished
• Laundry – Coin-operated (~$4.75 per load), shared with two other units

• Approximately 11’3”x9’11”
• Can comfortably fit a twin bed and a desk or a queen bed alone
