The unit has A/C, dishwasher and private laundry. There is all new flooring throughout the apartment, fully renovated bathrooms, and a large balcony.

We are looking for a clean and organized short-term roommate (one person). There is 1 friendly cat (her name is Aiko) that roams the house freely but she mostly sticks to her owners room because she’s a bit shy.
