About the room

Looking for a suitable candidate for a LEASE TAKEOVER for a remaining 12-month lease (September 2026 - August 2027). You must be a full-time, female student, actively enrolled (for the current or oncoming term) at the University of Waterloo, Laurier University, or Conestoga College.

This is a bedroom in a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, all-female apartment located on 72 Marshall Street, Waterloo.

Rent will be $979/month including wifi, gas, and water. Hydro (electricity) is approx. an additional $16/month.

The room has a private en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub and overhead shower. As well as, a double bed, spacious wardrobe, multi-tiered desk, and desk chair. I am also leaving behind my mini fridge for use if potential tenant wants.

The apartment contains an in-unit washer and dryer that is free to use with no additional cost. It is also furnished with a refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, couches, and TV.

This building is conveniently located near amenities and campuses: Bridgeport plaza (Walmart, Sobey’s, Shopper’s Drug Mart) is only a 10-minute walk away, Conestoga College is also 12-minute walk, Wilfrid Laurier campus is a 7-minute walk, and University of Waterloo campus is a 12-minute bus ride. Additionally, Uptown Waterloo (cafes, shops, nightlife) is 10-minute bus ride away.

About the roomies

Multi-ethnic, all-female household. Roommates are all POC, and super friendly! Will help you in the moving-in and adjustment process. They are all very mindful of personal space.
