The room is actually a basement bedroom with its own bathroom snd own living room. It’s basically kind of a suite .
I have the room up for 800 but I travel for work and not barely home so I would really like it if we could maybe do a quarter of utilities you could pay because I won’t be home very much and just to keep the cost down. Or for the right person I could drop it to 750+ I also don’t have a picture of the living room downstairs because I’m away working so I put the main living room pick her up and then I also have a living room upstairs as well so three living rooms in the house but your living room to be downstairs. Super cute though.
I’m the only one that lives in the house I will be up stairs two bed two bath . You could also have your own entrance it is also very close to the lake and a beach at the end of the street. Great area.
