Live two blocks from the lake and City Park on a beautiful treed street in downtown Kelowna! This immaculate high end renovated heritage home is just a few blocks from everything else; Kelowna General Hospital, bus terminal, Okanagan College and downtown shopping. Stay in a third floor beautifully furnished air conditioned room. Bedding provided if required. The large semi private bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. Enjoy a well equiped kitchen, living areas, deck with BBQ and laundry in-house. WiFi, Optic TV, Netflix and all utilities included. Student or young working professionals only. Single occupancy, no pets smoking or partying. Please share something about yourself when replying.
