Large room on second floor of house. Furnished with bed, desk and the room is large enough for a seating area. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Minutes from main bus routes, grocery store,pharmacy. Space is provided in kitchen for food storage. You would share a refrigerator with one other person plus cupboard space. The living room,dining room and laundry room are also available for your use. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and street parking is available . All utilities are included in the price. Not available until Aug 1,2026.

My partner and I are in our 50’s. We both still work. Our house is too big for two people so we rent the extra rooms in our home for bonus income. One of the two rooms is currently being rented to a young grad student ( female) from Taiwan who is attending McMaster, who found us on roomies! We are a quiet house, so perfect for students. I keep the house clean and ensure the shared bathroom upstairs is always good. My partner and I have our bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There is a cat, outdoors mostly and a senior dog. The animals stay on the main floor. Our tenant who is moving out has been with us for almost 4 years. Other tenants have stayed with us for up to seven years before moving on.
