Hamilton General Hospital is a short walk away, with groceries, restaurants, bars, and plenty more close by. A major cross-city bike lane is at the end of the street, while transit is a real strength as routes run in every direction and reach well across the city, making it easy to get to GO Transit, McMaster, Stoney Creek, and lots of other destinations.

It would suit a working person or a self-supporting student who wants a clean, quiet place in an adult household.

Rent is $900 a month plus utilities.
