About the room

I have just purchased a 2 bed 2 bath Condo on 228th Street right in the middle of Lougheed and Dewdney Trunk. Walking distance to everything. It is a 55 year old plus building. The renter will have a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. The shared common area includes a kitchen, dining room and recreation room.

About the roomies

I am 61 years old with 3 young adult boys that are 20, 21 and 32 years old. They may visit occasionally. I have been boxing my whole life and won Canada’s First Olympic Boxing Medal in 52 years at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. You can google my name to find out more about me
