Room is 10’ x 10’, with bed, desk, 2 chairs, shelves, wardrobe and dresser, side table and twin bed. You will have your own fridge to share with other tenant and a small kitchenette fully equipped with kettle, microwave and hotplate upon request. Property has landscaped private backyard, access to BBQ in summer - great place to relax and enjoy eating some of the harvest from the garden. Very quiet home and peaceful surroundings - great for study. Shared Bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

I have one medical student here already, he is very quiet and tends to be gone most weekends. I am the home owner and am a quiet, respectful older woman. This is not a party house, but I am not adverse to you having people by from time to time and enjoying the yard. It’s a very ‘home’ oriented atmosphere here. Cats live here, but you will not really notice them, all very friendly and do their own thing.
