We’ve got an opening in our home in Burnaby June 1st and are looking for an awesome new person to join our laid-back household.

Ideally looking for working professionals and University / BCIT students as we are pretty close to BCIT.

✨ THE VIBE: We’re all about creating a peaceful, comfortable home where everyone can relax after work or school and do their thing.

Some of us are up early, so late-night noise is kept in check — but that doesn’t mean the place is dead quiet.

Throw on a movie, game, or vibe with your hobbies.

We keep things reasonably tidy — not a clean-freak household, but respectful of common spaces.

🛏️ THE ROOM: $1100/month (Utilities + Internet Included + some storage available)

• Furnished or Unfurnished — (bed, desk, ect. available if needed)
• Designated kitchen shelves and fridge space
• Shared bathroom

Room is suitable for single occupant but no issue if your BF/GF/Partner ect. comes over from time to time. However, this isn’t the proper environment for children due to people studying.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 CURRENT HOUSEMATES

David 40M (that’s me): I work with City of Burnaby in the parks department. I play competitive dodgeball, work out, game and usually working on an entrepreneurial project, enjoy coffee on the patio.

38F - Works in health a wellness, as well as catering. Passion for writing. Quite, courteous, hard working, and upbeat.

35F - Attending an accounting program at BCIT wanting to become a forensic accountant. Likes the outdoors and nature as well as video and table top games.

30M - (Currently leaving to move in with a friend from out of town) Attending a program at BCIT in the medical science field, works with BC ferries and enjoys some gaming also.

21M - Doing a job placement program nearby through UBC for Data Analysis. Works out and is a competitive gamer.
