Beautiful room in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment! It is within a half hour bus ride to Algonquin college, 20-30 minutes walk to Carleton Campus, and close to transit for Ottawa U. We are around Mooneys Bay and Hogsback Falls if you are a fan of green spaces, and the place come with amazing amenities, including on floor laundry and access to both an outdoor pool in the summer and year round pool and sauna within the building. The place itself is about 1100 square feet and the room is a nice and roomy 9x12 ft. I am moving provinces and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease.
