Cozy, bright, private room, on the garden level of a beautiful shared home, with epic views of the ocean and mountains. Centrally located in North Vancouver.

Our home is very special. It has both the peacefulness of country living with all the culture and amenities of the city nearby. We’re looking for a student or working person who is serious about achieving their life goals - like all of us here. There is a sober vibe here not a party vibe. We take a pride in our home, and are respectful of each other, so it’s easy to live here. Everyone has space and privacy.

There is a friendly dog and a cat living here. Sorry, there’s no room for more animals.

The room is cozy, 75 sq ft, but designed to maximize the space with a raised bed and storage underneath. It has a cute cottage like feel to it with nice touches like trim done in cedar, custom made cushions/curtains, built in shelves, and a fold down desk (see photos). You’re on the garden level but there’s lots of light. From the bed you look out the window to the garden, and the Vancouver skyline. You’re south facing so the winter sun (yes we do get sun in the winter in North Vancouver) just beams right in. The heat is electric which you control. The room is in a quiet corner of the home with a private entrance.
