Cozy Garden-Level Room in Beautiful Shared North Vancouver Home Available Sept 1 • Short or long term $800/month • Private Entrance • Bathroom and Kitchen shared with only 1 person • Utilities included About the Home This is a peaceful, well-maintained home that offers both a very tranquil location close to nature and easy access to Vancouver urban life. We’re looking for a quiet student or working person focused on their personal goals. Everyone here works or studies, takes pride in the home, and respects each other’s privacy. We have a huge garden so gardeners are especially welcome. This is not a party house. The atmosphere is quiet, sober, and low-key. We’re friendly, but everyone has their own lives, so this home isn’t for someone looking for a social vibe. A friendly dog and cat already live here. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate more pets. The Room The room is compact but thoughtfully designed to make excellent use of the space. Features include: • Raised bed with generous storage underneath • Fold-down desk • Built-in shelving • Custom cedar trim, curtains, and cushions • Electric heat which you control. • Large south-facing window overlooking the garden and Vancouver skyline • Plenty of natural light—even in winter Located in a quiet corner of the home, the room has a cozy cottage feel while offering excellent privacy. What’s Included • All utilities and high-speed internet • Shared laundry • Fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom shared with one quiet gentleman (40s) • Secure, dry bicycle storage • Free street parking • Access to the huge front garden. We’re located in a very quiet, safe, and beautiful neighbourhood near Lonsdale and Braemar in North Vancouver, roughly midway between the Lions Gate and Second Narrows bridges. Travel times: • Downtown Vancouver: ~15 minutes by car • Burnaby or East Vancouver: ~15 minutes by car • Capilano University: 10 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bike, or about 45 minutes by transit A bus stop is right outside the house, and the shops and services of central North Vancouver are only a five-minute drive away. Queensdale Market, an excellent local grocery store, is just a few blocks away.
