About the room

Basement for Rent – $675/month All-Inclusive One-bedroom basement suite with a living room, half bath, Wi-Fi, and shared washer/dryer downstairs. Shared kitchen, I like booking supper times, kitchens small, easier to give eachother space. Utilities included. Convenient location near Pembina Highway, about 10 minutes to rapid transit/buses, U of M, and downtown. I work full-time and am looking for someone who also works and/or attends school. No partying. Im fairly busy and social so looking for someone busy rather than a homebody. Available October or November. Prefer short-term, but long-term is negotiable.
