Hi! We have a second 10’9“x8’2“ bedroom plus closet for rent in our beautiful, clean two bed/ two full bath condo in downtown Squamish. It is currently furnished with a bed but we can get rid of it if you have your own. Looking to rent from now until June with a possibility of extending. The main bathroom has a shower and in-suite laundry. This bathroom is pretty much your own other than to share with the occasional dinner guest. There is parking available on the street and in the municipal lot adjacent to the property however spots have become tight in the last year.

There is a full on view of the Chief and peek-a-boo views of the marina. We have a small garden on our balcony and there’s a workout space in the complex’s rec. centre. Super convenient location as we’re within two blocks of three grocery stores and walking distance to everything downtown.

Note for who this place may not be ideal for:
Mountain bikers - There is bike parking in the parkade however I wouldn’t suggest parking an expensive bike there. No bikes can be stored in the suite or on the balcony. Smokers as there is no smoking on strata lots or property. People who burn incense or synthetic candles for allergy reasons. Natural candles and oils are ok. Couples: The space is too small to share with another couple. If you have a special someone, they are absolutely welcome to visit but as an occasional guest, not as a roommate or regular overnight guest. Pet owners: One of us is allergic however we love dogs and are willing to make an exception for the well-behaved and hypo-allergenic dog. There is a yearly strata pet fee.)

I work as a teacher in town and my partner works mostly in film in the city. We’re both into climbing, hiking, ski touring and really anything outdoors. Everyone contributes to cleaning up after themselves and keeping the place tidy. We value making the space cozy, calm and friendly.
