1 furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a house. AVAILABLE DATE: May 1st, 2025 (previous roommate will be leaving April 26, so option to move in a bit early) PRICE: $1166/month + utilities (these usually come to about $50/month total for hydro, internet, & insurance) (Full 3-bedroom unit is $3500/month, we split everything completely equally) LOCATION: Dufferin Grove (Bloor & Dovercourt) RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate with a written roommate contract. We’d love someone long-term but opening to shorter summer leases as well! RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant RENT CONTROL: not rent controlled, but the landlord is very good and rent has stayed consistent for the duration of my stay (2 years) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: First and last month’s rent deposit Credit check* Proof of income* Landlord or roommate references (preferred but not required) *If you’re a student and you don’t have proof of income or a credit score yet, we’re happy to accept a guarantor instead! We are two female young professionals. Our lovely roommate is moving out and we are looking for another female roommate who’d like to move into her room. Furnished and newly renovated space in a wonderful neighbourhood close to two subway stations, several grocery stores, and lots of fun cafes and restaurants. We’re both very quiet and clean, and looking for somebody seeking a tidy and quiet space. We’re happy to have friends and partners over but prefer to avoid late-night gatherings as sound travels in the space.
