Renting a spacious Master’s bedroom starting November 1st for $860 monthly (includes utilities, WiFi, parking) in a beautiful three-level townhouse.

Room is located on the upper level where there is also a large Master bathroom shared with myself. Property also includes a backyard with patio, laundry, central A/C, and a dishwasher.

You would share the townhouse with two others and my friendly cat. Shared kitchen/dining room and partial bathroom on the main level.

Looking for a female roomie (trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit inclusive) that is clean, respectful, 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive, and recycles/composts. Best suited for someone who values a quiet, respectful shared home.
