Large ensuite room available in private home in Coombs, BC, in a rural neighbourhood.

There’s a dog and a cat in the house already, so there is no room for additional pets.

There is a parking space for your vehicle.

Centrally located in what is known as Oceanside, this room is a 10 minute drive to Parksville, 13 to Qualicum Beach, 30 minutes to Nanaimo, 2 hours to Tofino or Ucluelet, and 45 minutes to Sproat Lake / Port Alberni. There is lots of camping and abundant nature walks close by.

Preference will be given to someone who works full-time (out of the house), as I work at home on occasion.

I am a mature woman living here with my cat and my dog. Ideally, you work out of the house and have a vehicle as there is limited transit service in this rural area.
