Hi there, I’m looking to sublet my room throughout May to August (2026). This is a small and cozy single bedroom on the first floor of the property. There are two floors, two bathrooms (one per floor), a kitchen near the entrance, and a nice living room on the first floor.

Here is a listing of the utilities included:

• laundry (washer + dryer)
• wifi
• parking space
• kitchen (stove, microwave, etc.)
• furnished (as seen in the images provided)

The location is one-minute walk away from the nearest bus stop. It is approximately a 10-minute drive to the University Centre or a 30 minute walk.

Throughout the sublet period, the house will be occupied by at minimum 2 roommates. They are both female, very nice, friendly, clean, and respectful.
