Available on Feb 1st, year long lease that will then turn to month-to-month at the end of that year $772.89/mo

Utilities are not included but it does include!: Parking, laundry, internet, dishwasher, shower/bathtub, a deck, and a big backyard with some empty garden beds. Kitchen is fully stocked in terms of cooking utensils and dishware. The bedroom comes unfurnished (the furniture in the picture will be removed). There is no overhead light in the bedroom but a lamp or two light the space up quite nicely!

LOCATION: Super close to anything you could need, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, bus routes, UVIC, ect

Kyra: she/they, 24 years old, recent graduate. I love to cook, bake, and crochet. I work at a consignment store and I love secondhand shopping and vintage clothing! I collect vintage nightgowns and clutch purses.

August (they/them) 25 years old, I work full time in a theatre box office, and I’m also an actor and drag artist. I enjoy sewing, building puppets, and listening to music.

We share spices, flour, and sugar, and take turns buying shared things for the house (ie cleaning supplies). We are prioritizing those who are closer to our age group.
