A bedroom is available on the ground floor of a house, just a short walk from 29th Avenue SkyTrain Station. The location is very convenient, with transit, T&T Supermarket, Church’s Chicken, Royal Bank, and many restaurants and amenities nearby.
I’m looking for a single female tenant who is clean, respectful, kind, and responsible.
The bedroom is furnished with a new TV, double-sized bed, mirror, dresser, side table, desk, and closet, providing a comfortable and practical living space.
You will share the bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen with one other friendly female.
