Welcome to our “Cabin in the Woods!” Nestled in a peaceful, woodsy area full of greenery, the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves—it’s the perfect little hideaway.
We’re renting out our spare room, which has recently been “renovated” with fresh paint and new upholstery. If you love a cozy, deep forest green, this room is calling your name!
The space includes a private entrance through the patio (sliding door), its own heating controls, and a lovely bay window that overlooks our charming fence; frequently visited by a bird we’ve named Flew Hefner. You’ll get tons of natural light and a peaceful vibe.
You’ll have full access to shared spaces including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry, and even a sauna!
The backyard is spacious, and we’re working on adding garden boxes soon—if you’re into plants or gardening, feel free to join in! We’re still fixing up parts of the house here and there, so we appreciate your patience with a few ongoing projects.
Must drive a vehicle or be okay with a lengthy (40 min) walk to a bus stop. We are happy to drive you/carpool you or pick you up on any of our stops in or out of the house as well
My partner and I live in the house and mostly keep to ourselves, spending time in our room or the kitchen. We have a sweet fur baby named Winston (1 year old aussiedoodle) who will absolutely adore you from day one!
We’re active and enjoy being around the house and neighborhood. We’re respectful roommates, and are looking for someone who has their priorities in place and doesn’t party/works a steady job.
My Partner and I are into holistic wellness, yoga, meditation, hiking, adventuring, cooking, and eating plant-based! Although, we do welcome anyone who eats anything! We won’t judge you :)
