LOOKING FOR FEMALE ROOMMATES!

Hello! We are two female University of Guelph students, 20 and 22— looking for likeminded roommates to fill 2 rooms at $550 each (including most utilities minus wifi). Lease starts June 2025, with a shared upstairs kitchen, one bedroom upstairs and three downstairs. We have 2 cats and aren’t looking for additional pets.

There is parking on the property, but it is very limited. We may only have space for one car (but you can park on the street during summer).

We are respectful, quiet but social students and want to find friends to share a space with 🙂 We are big into video games and tend to be up at weird hours. We like art, animals, cafes, hiking, and going out with friends. We would love to find people with similar interests!

Guests are welcomed, but in moderation please. We are super easygoing and value respect, cleanliness and space.
