We have a unique set up here, in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood with lots of green spaces. We are in a detached bungalow at the end of a cul-de-sac, with places to garden in the front and back. It has a very large living/room and dining room area with a working fireplace, 1.5 baths, and plenty of storage space throughout the house. We have a backyard patio overlooking the ravine, and we see birds and critters along with the changing foliage.

It is a short walk to multiple transit lines, Shops at Don Mills is a 15-minute walk away, and there are many parks and amenities in the area. Parking is available on the property.

You will be renting the primary bedroom, with a view of the backyard, and lots of natural light.

We are three working professionals (one woman, two men), looking for an addition to our household! I am a litigation law clerk who works on a hybrid model, they are both high rise window cleaners who work out of the house. Between the three of us we have a number of hobbies and interests, including reading, photography, gaming, tech/AI, and travelling.

We respect each other’s downtime, but also enjoy hanging out and enjoying each other’s company.
