The room is private with a private bathroom right opposite; the utilities like water, internet, heat, and electricity are all included in the rent. These spaces—living room, kitchen, dining room, and balcony—are all shared. There’s a dishwasher in the kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. Heated underground parking is available but paid for separately. There is a convenience store at the entrance of the building, a 2-3 minute walk to the closest bus station, a 3-minute walk to the Legislative Building, a 10-15 minute walk to The Forks and the Human Rights Museum, and a 5-minute walk to the Winnipeg Art Gallery.

I currently live by myself; I work a 9-5, or maybe 7-4, more like a 7-5, honestly lol, and I also work on the weekends. I enjoy my space, and I keep it clean. I love music, movies, art, and fashion; I go out for walks and to the gym. I enjoy cooking as well and getting to meet new people.
