The available spot being posted here is the Bedroom of a 1-bedroom unit. I stay in the living room, obviously as my own bedroom. You’ll have your own privacy with the bedroom, and we will be sharing 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Positive: Close to the stores, fairly quiet when the windows are closed, neighbours arent too bad for noise, no smoking allowed (I consider positive). Negatives: The balcony is untouched, so its fairly dirty to step out on, not a big deal with footwear. Parking requires paying extra, it can get a bit warm in the private bedroom since the AC is in the living room. Only 2 tenants are allowed in this unit, so if you have a partner or kid then thats too many.

I keep to myself as much as possible, you can pretty much pretend im not here, though I stay in the living room, so we would see each other throughout the day unless I’ve got my headset on. Im a gamer and stay up late, I do my best not to be noisy. I barely use the fridge so thats got a lot of free space, and I dont cook so you dont have to worry about my being in the way there. Im something of a germaphobe (Not exactly, but basically), so I prefer to have my own stuff untouched, as well as a few spots on the counter.
