Room in a 4-bedroom mainly-girls (owner-occupied) unit will be available starting January 1. For students or young working professionas. No pets, no smoking and absolutely no overnight guests. Shared cleaning responsibilities. Limited guests daytime pls. Some of us work from home and need a very quiet environment. Close to the University (10 minutes) and only 10 minutes walk to the Riverside Park. On major transit route - to St.Clair downtown, to St.Clair Talbot, anywhere in the city.

Current occupants are Jane (the owner), her son (attending high school, very focused on studies), and two female students in Engineering and Biomed programs.
