Room in a 3 bedroom girls-only unit will be available starting September or late August. For students only. No pets, no smoking and absolutely no overnight guests. Shared cleaning responsibilities. Limited guests daytime pls. Close to the University and only 10 minutes to the Riverside.

Two other female housemates are quiet and studying a lot. One is attending the law school and the other one is from the engineering school. This is definitely not a party house. They prefer someone with similar vibes and a professional degree program to join them. Annual lease. No room sharing. Only private rooms.
