Beautifully furnished room(s) in centrally located townhouse right on a bus route, 5 minute walk to shopping centre and close to amazing walking trails. Shared with working, mature lady (I own the home). You will have your private bedroom, plus a private den area that has a couch, large TV and a desk. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry and ample parking. You will also have your own private half bathroom, using the main bathroom for showering. I am looking for someone who is very quiet, neat and a good communicator. Non smoking, non partying. My place is quiet and serene. Minimum 6 month contract and then month to month. Will negotiate this for the right fit.

I am a mature lady who works one full time and 3 part time jobs. I am very quiet and clean. I don’t drink or smoke and rarely socialize at home, I prefer to go out to socialize.
