Looking for housing for the September school year?

Hi, my name is Charlotte and I, along with my roommates, Sarah and Baylea, are looking for a girl to share a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with us. It’s spacious, and fully furnished, with its own living room and kitchen, and has free laundry in the building. The apartment is located in Marpole, 2 bus rides away from UBC (#10 bus and R4), and is a 10-15 minute walk away from Safeway, shops, cafes, and restaurants!

The rent per month is $870 including all utilities, and the lease lasts a year! If you are a clean, respectful, and communicative person, please reach out to us for more information and to discuss potentially occupying a room.

Baylea - studying aesthetics and working as a flight attendant. Very caring, enjoys travel, loves to cook and enjoys a good conversation with others!
