Furnished Room for responsible female. Im looking to share my 3 bedroom house near downtown in Leslieville with me a single dad and my 8 year old daughter . We go away for 2 months at a time in the summer and winter so we need someone responsible who can take care of the house.This is a mid-sized furnished room new carpet and big windows. There is a desk, dresser and large single bed. You will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. (so a clean person is necessary) The price of $ 900 is all inclusive with; high speed unlimited wireless internet, cable, heat hydro and there is laundry. The usual cost of a room like this is usually 1250 so its discounted 350 a month for helping to take care of the house. It’s a 3 minute walk from 24 hour Queen streetcar. The House is also a ten minute bus ride from Pape Subway station. Its located halfway between downtown and the beach in the area known as Leslieville and also call the film district. Its a very good neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and big grocery stores. Its a perfect location for a George Brown student as its 10 minutes away. Also great for anyone who works in Leslieville or the beach or downtown. Street parking is available for $15 a month. please tell me about yourself when responding.
