Rental agreement is month to month but you are welcome to stay long term. You are expected to pitch in with cleaning the common areas and clean up after yourself in the kitchen and washroom. All are adults, responsible and mature.
Smoking allowed outside the building, no pets at this time and this is Not for couples. You’re welcome to drink responsibly as long as you know your limits and don’t cause a disturbance to the roommates.
