About the room

1 bedroom available for rent on the first floor of a cozy mixed-gender home, available July 2026. We are looking for a single tenant who is clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces and others’ property.

The furnished room includes a queen bed, small desk, and chair.

Shared spaces include a bathroom and office, both shared with other housemates. The kitchen and living room are also shared spaces. However, they are typically quiet and used mainly as passageways, as the other residents have their own kitchenettes and living areas on other floors.

This home would be a great fit for a student or working professional seeking a calm, respectful, and easygoing living environment.

The house has a lot of character. It is an older home, so occasional everyday sounds from other floors are to be expected, but everyone in the house is considerate and respectful of each other’s space.

You’ll also have full access to the large backyard, street parking right out front, and all utilities included. Washer and dryer are available in the basement for your use.

Located in Eastwood, about a 10–15 minute walk from Coliseum Station, close to the police station and EMT services, and directly across from a bus stop, making transportation very convenient.
