The furnished room includes a queen bed, small desk, and lounging chair.

Shared spaces include a bathroom and office, both shared with 2 other housemates (who will be absent until mid November). The kitchen and living room are considered shared spaces and used mainly as passageways, as the other residents have their own kitchenettes and living areas on other floors.

Full access to the large backyard, street parking right out front, and all utilities included. Free washer and dryer available in the basement.

The house is an older home, so occasional everyday sounds from other floors are to be expected, but everyone in the house is considerate and respectful of each other’s space.

Located in Eastwood, about a 10–15 minute walk from Coliseum Station, close to the police station and EMT services, and directly across from a bus stop, making transportation very convenient.

Three working introverts in their twenties who don’t really spend time together so there’s not much to say :)
