We have a bright and cozy furnished room available for rent on the main floor of our spacious, well-maintained detached house located in the beautiful Bayview Village area.

Location is unbeatable — just on minute walk to Bessarion subway station, making it super convenient for both students and professionals who commute.

The room gets plenty of natural sunlight and comes furnished with a large desk and a double bed — and despite the furniture, there’s still plenty of space to move around. If preferred, we can provide a single bed instead.

You’ll be sharing the newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, and common space on the main floor with just one other quiet and respectful tenant.

The house also features a large, quiet backyard, and is located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. If you enjoy walking, there are lovely trails nearby.

IKEA and Bayview Village Mall are within walking distance, and Fairview Mall is also close by, which is perfect for shopping and everyday needs.

The home is clean, quiet, and well-managed. Everyone here is friendly and respectful, and we hope to find a tenant who values the same.

We’re looking for a student or working professional. The room is available immediately, and you’re welcome to come for a viewing anytime.

Currently, our family and two cats lives independently on the second floor, and we have one quiet and respectful tenant living in the basement. If you move in, you’ll be staying in a private room on the main floor.

Our family and the current tenant are all Asian, and we follow an Asian-style living environment — for example, we take off shoes indoors :) If you’re familiar with or comfortable in an Asian cultural setting, you’ll likely feel right at home here.
