The house is located on a main side street and there’s a bus stop in front of the house and only a 10-15 min walk to Walmart and other nearby shops and only a 20 min walk over to the College. The room is furnished but I’m happy to work with you . Theirs is a dresser a desk and a queen size bed. The bedroom has a large closet. There is a small fridge and freezer for your personal use. The house is smoke free and the room has a portable Air Conditioner for use during the summer months. If you drive a small car there’s a possibility of tandem parking in the driveway during the winter lots of street parking the rest of the year. It’s a nice quiet house where everyone respects each other. (Preferably looking for a student) The room will be available August 25th possibly a little sooner just message me for an update if you need the room sooner than the 25th.

There is myself living in the house and I’m semi retired. There’s a young lady living in the house working part time and on the lower level there is one person and he works full time in construction. They are both quiet individuals and friendly. Laundry facilities are available to you.
