Located in Forest Hill South, closest station is St Clair West, looking for 1 female to sublet for 6 months to a year (possibly longer) from July 1st 2025. First and last month’s rents are required.

Low rise three bedroom apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Within 1 minute walking distance of LCBO, Starbucks, All banks, other shops/restaurants. 10 minute walk to St.Clair West Station, 10 minute walk to Loblaws.

Apartment is very spacious, living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and three private bedrooms. Internet and Hydro not included. Internet about 45/monthly. Hydro 20-50 depending on season.
