The room is on the 2nd floor with big windows and good view. clean, fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, lamp), great view from window, beautiful kitchen, bathroom, brand new washer, and a recreation room with a new ping pong table! Bus to Western and Fanshawe, close to Sobey, foodbasic, quiet and clean community and top schools nearby (Stoney Creek PS and A.B. Lucas). We prefer students, young working professionals to match the life style. Male of female are both welcome. Shared bathroom will be kept clean all time by landlord.

“Yes, it’s OK for longer than 4 months, but after August, the price goes from now 680 to 750, all inclusive. The bus ride is only a 3-minute walk away. The room is super clean and new. There will be 3 people living on the second floor, and 3 other people living in the basement with their own kitchen and bathroom, so it’s a separate unit basically, with no interference from the upper unit.”

We are clean, quite and friendly, and we like to keep the house clean, and we are looking for a clean roomie.
