AVAILABLE DATE: July 1st, 2026 - August 30th, 2026 (summer sublet) (may be some flexibility to move in June)

PRICE: $1166/month + utilities (these usually come to about $50/month total for hydro and internet)

LOCATION: Dufferin Grove near Ossington Station

RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate - Rent will be paid to me. There will be a written contract.

Additional Information:

Furnished and newly renovated space in a wonderful neighbourhood close to two subway stations, several grocery stores, and lots of fun cafes and restaurants. I’ve added some additional furniture and decor to the room; I would prefer to leave it there during the sublet.

We are three female young professionals/students. I’m subletting my room for the summer, so I’m looking for someone kind and caring who will take care of the space and get along well with my roommates (they’re both really nice, friendly, and respectful).

We’re very quiet and clean, and looking for somebody seeking a tidy and quiet space. We’re happy to have friends and partners over but prefer to avoid late-night gatherings as sound travels in the space.
