PRICE: $1166/month + utilities (these usually come to about $50/month total for hydro and internet)

Additional Information:

Furnished and newly renovated space in a wonderful neighbourhood close to two subway stations, several grocery stores, and lots of fun cafes and restaurants. I’ve added some additional furniture and decor to the room; I would prefer to leave it there during the sublet.

There is paid ($4.50 for wash & dry) laundry on-site. Feel free to dm me with any questions!

Heat is included and works very well. Radiators in each room so you can set your preferred temperature in the bedroom.

We are three female young professionals/students. I’m subletting my room for the fall/winter, so I’m looking for someone kind and caring who will take care of the space and get along well with my roommates (they’re both really nice, friendly, and respectful).

We’re very quiet and clean, and looking for somebody seeking a tidy and quiet space. We’re happy to have friends and partners over but prefer to avoid late-night gatherings as sound travels in the space.
