Doesn’t cook frequently (or uses minimal, non-strong spices) quick meals only, as the kitchen is very small and can only fit one person at a time. Long, nightly cooking (e.g. 2+ hours) isn’t a good fit for the space.

Is okay with eating in their room (table and chairs provided)

Has minimal belongings — the apartment is fully furnished

Enjoys a good balance of time at home and out

Values personal space and a quiet atmosphere

Is likely independent and introverted — not looking for a social roommate dynamic, but someone respectful, calm, and low-key
