The room has a private balcony and 2 spacious closet space. The apartment is in a great location with convenient access to transit, Metrotown mall, restaurants, buses to everywhere. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate who is tidy, responsible, and easygoing. No smoking or pets, please. Rent includes all utilities except for wifi, which we’ll split between us.
